Students Annual contest

Don't just design the poster, commit to printing it in large quantity

One of the earliest orders discovered for work by Maxim Scheftelovitz dated 24 December 1934 soon after he arrived in Palestine. It is addressed to his Advertising Studio in Berditzevsky street.

The order is from the Nitrate Corporation of Chile and isn't just for the design of a poster but also makes him personally responsible for the production and delivery of 1,500 prints of the poster, 1000 with Hebrew text and 500 with Arabic text.

This is the only time we are aware that Maxim's studio was responsible for the volume production and delivery of the printed end product.
